Thank you for considering our rental unit. Average application turnaround time is between 24-48 hours. Please proactively contact your employer and previous landlord(s) for notification regarding your application – and to acquire any necessary documents. This expedites the application process.
Please review the Prospective Tenant Leasing Policy and schedule an appointment to view the property BEFORE attempting to make application. The application must be printed because it requires an actual signature for processing. We do not accept comprehensive reusable Tenant Screening Reports.
Application Procedure: We follow the “first come first served” rule for processing applications. Multiple applicants may be accepted for a unit; however, we will determine if the first applicant will be accepted – before proceeding to the next. If the first is approved, all screening fees and materials will be returned to all subsequent applicants. If the first applicant is denied, the next applicant in line will be contacted for permission to start the screening process.
- Application is considered “complete” after: viewing the property, receipt of a signed application, income verification, screening fees, and verification of SSN number.

- Application Fees. We only accept cash for screening fees. As previously stated, if your application is not processed, your cash and materials will be returned to you.
